I will aim to be at your residence at least 5 minutes prior to the appointment and will text / call you to organise entry. I will have a table with me and all necessary supplies. If possible, please prepare an easily accessible, quiet space approx 2m x 2m.
Depending on the type of treatment, it can be done on the massage table, in a chair or if incapacitated, on a bed.
If possible, please have a couple of towels and hand towels available.

Initial appointments are 90 minutes and follow-up appointments are 75 minutes in duration.
The extra time ensures a thorough, full treatment.

All appointments are booked, paid-for, re-scheduled and if necessary, cancelled online through this website.

Clients cancelling 14 hours prior to their booking will receive a 100% refund, while cancellations within 14 hours are charged at 50% of the booking cost.

In the situation where no-one is at the residence at the allocated appointment time, the patient will be contacted via text or phone. If there is no contact from the patient after a 15 minute period, the patient will be considered a no-show and will be charged the full appointment cost.

Please note that appointments should be rescheduled / cancelled if the patient or any person at the patient’s residence is presenting with Cold or Flu symptoms.

Most conditions require a minimum of three appointments and it is advised to initially book two appointments - preferably within one week of each other, if possible.

Appointments are limited and are booked quickly. Patients who are finding it difficult to schedule an appointment can join an online waitlist through the Booking page and will be notified via email when a cancellation occurs.

Patients will be asked to fill-in a brief Consent and Intake form when booking your first appointment. This helps to keep admin down to a minimum and allows more time during the appointment for treatment.

Patients will receive an appointment reminder email two days prior to your appointment.

Clothing
Please note that in many cases, there will be no need to remove clothing, however, in some cases it will be necessary to access specific areas. In these cases, the patient will be advised of the locations and consent will be asked. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
Environment
Please provide a space that is quiet, comfortable and peaceful. It is advised to dedicate the time solely for the appointment with minimum interruption from pets, mobile phones, TVs, family obligations and work obligations.
