Different

Chinese Medicine is a holistic medicine that focuses on the underlying causes of health issues. It works on the principle that every person’s health (or illness) is unique.

Acupuncture follows a core system of knowledge, however over millennia, various lineages and styles have evolved that utilise different techniques. Certain acupuncture systems can be quite beneficial for specific conditions.

In particular, I like to use Tung acupuncture for musculoskeletal problems, Traditional Chinese Medicine for general conditions including digestion, sleep and stress difficulties and Ann Cecil-Sterman for diagnostic tools.

Every treatment is individualised to improve health by utilising suitable techniques, such as Acupuncture, Moxibustion, Tuina, Cupping, patented Herbs and Dietetics.
